Recognising that our diversity is one of our greatest strengths, our students learn about the richness of Jewish heritage in all its forms, exploring the various ways Jewish families express their faith and culture.

Our students represent a wide range of Australian Jewish life and are embraced by our close-knit community. We are committed to providing our students with a strong foundation of Jewish education, and a deep understanding of the values that have been the cornerstones of our faith for thousands of years.

Through a combination of formal and experiential learning, our Jewish Life Department inspires students to explore their heritage, deepen their understanding of diverse expressions of Judaism, and actively discover and celebrate their Jewish identities while making Judaism their own with pride through practice, community involvement, and social action.

From ELC through to senior school, our students’ Jewish journey is marked by many special milestone events, such as Shabbat experiences, Siddur presentations, Shtetl performances, and much more. Torah and Zionism lie at the heart of our spiritual and cultural foundation, guiding our approach to learning, leadership, and community.

Rooted in these values, we cultivate a sense of both communal and global responsibility, inspiring each individual to be a beacon of light unto the nations and empowering them to make a positive impact on the world.

Our educators, like dedicated gardeners, provide essential care and guidance, nurturing not only Jewish knowledge but also middot/character and values, fortifying the roots of a strong, united community.
