Inclusive Classroom Excellence.

Our Learning Support and Academic Care specialists work closely with classroom educators to create inclusive environments where all learners have the opportunity to thrive and flourish. Through collaborative planning and co-teaching models, we develop sophisticated instructional strategies that simultaneously support students with diverse needs while providing intellectual stretch for high-achieving learners.

Academic Extension Opportunities:

High-potential students access enrichment activities, accelerated learning pathways, and extension projects that deepen their engagement with curriculum content. Our educators are trained to recognise and nurture giftedness, providing opportunities for independent research, mentorship programs, and advanced problem-solving challenges that extend beyond grade-level expectations.

Students benefit from diverse academic enhancement programs throughout their journey. Senior School study sessions for Years 11-12 include both remedial support and advanced study groups for students pursuing challenging academic pathways. Year-level workshops address executive function development while also offering advanced organisational strategies for students managing multiple accelerated programs.

Neurodiverse Student Support:  We understand that neurodiverse students may require specific environmental modifications and sensory accommodations. Our classrooms incorporate flexible seating options, noise cancelling headphones, movement breaks, and visual supports. Teachers receive ongoing professional development in recognising and responding to sensory processing needs, anxiety management, and executive function challenges. Safe spaces are available throughout the school where students can regulate and recharge when needed.

Targeted Learning & Individual Support Plans.

Gifted and Talented Programs

Accelerated learning opportunities include subject acceleration (Senior School only), enrichment clusters, and advanced placement options. Students access independent study programs, external academic competitions, and connections with scholarly communities at their cognitive level.

For exceptionally able students, we develop individual plans that may include grade skipping, subject acceleration, or early entry to advanced courses with appropriate social-emotional support.

Specialised Support Programs

Evidence-based literacy and numeracy interventions address learning disabilities, processing difficulties, and attention challenges while maintaining academic rigor and supporting student confidence. 

Our multidisciplinary team supports students with physical disabilities, learning differences, and mental health challenges . We coordinate with external specialists to implement accommodations where possible, while maintaining high academic expectations and creating supportive learning environments.

Our team coordinates all assessment accommodations and examination modifications, including Higher School Certificate disability provision applications through NSW Education Standards Authority. We also facilitate access to external gifted and talented programs, academic competitions, and advanced learning opportunities.

English as an Additional Language/Dialect (EAL/D).

Supporting linguistic diversity while nurturing academic excellence defines our EAL/D approach. We offer both standard and intensive EAL/D programs tailored to individual language development needs.

Our specialists use sophisticated assessment tools to identify language learning requirements and academic potential, ensuring language barriers don’t limit intellectual growth. Programs celebrate cultural backgrounds while providing targeted development and appropriate academic challenge for gifted multilingual learners.
