Masada College offers a range of scholarships for new students entering the Junior and Senior School for 2027.

Our scholarships recognise more than achievement. They recognise potential, character and the capacity to contribute meaningfully to the life of the College.

Our scholarships are designed to support students who will thrive in a values-driven environment and actively enrich our academic, cultural and Jewish life. Each scholarship is awarded on merit and reflects a different form of excellence.

Ofek Hatikvah Girls Scholarship: Years K - 6

The Ofek Hatikvah Scholarship for Jewish girls is a gift of light born from darkness. Endowed by a generous family this scholarship honours the memory of the women and girls whose lives were tragically taken on 7 October 2023 and celebrate the courage of those who continue to show strength, compassion and faith in the face of unimaginable adversity.

The Ofek Hatikvah Scholarship is awarded to new female Jewish students entering into Kindergarten to Year 7 in 2027, who demonstrate academic potential, positive character and active engagement in Jewish life.

 
Terms of Scholarship & Eligibility:
    • This scholarship offers a 30% fee reduction in tuition fees for new students and is calculated on the net tuition fee after the HAF Jewish Bursary deduction of 40% off tuition fees)
    • New students commencing in Years K to 6 will be eligible to receive the scholarship until the end of Year 7

Ofek Hatikvah Girls Scholarship: Years 7 - 9

 Terms of Scholarship & Eligibility:
    • This scholarship offers a 30% fee reduction in tuition fees for new students and is calculated on the net tuition fee after the HAF Jewish Bursary deduction of 40% off tuition fees)
    • New students commencing in Years 7 – 9 will be eligible to receive the scholarship until the end of Year 12

Academic Scholarship: Years 5 – 9

The Academic Scholarship is awarded to students who demonstrate exceptional academic ability, a strong work ethic, intellectual curiosity and a commitment to contributing to the broader life of the school. 

Academic Scholarships are available for students entering into Years 5 to 9 in 2027.

Terms of Scholarship & Eligibility:
    • This scholarship offers a 30% fee reduction in tuition fees for students and is calculated on the net tuition fee after the HAF Jewish Bursary deduction of 40% off tuition fees)
    • Students commencing in Years 5 to 9 will be eligible to receive the scholarship until the end of Year 12
    • Students will be required to sit an online assessment conducted by AAS

Music Scholarship: Years 7 – 9

The Music Scholarships are a skill-based scholarship awarded to students who demonstrate exceptional proficiency, passion and potential in Music. Unlike academic scholarships, the Music Scholarship recognises students who possess a unique musical talent that sets them apart from their peers.

The Music Scholarship is available for new students entering into Years 7 to 9 in 2027.

Terms of Scholarship & Eligibility:
    • This scholarship offers a 30% fee reduction in tuition fees for new students and is calculated on the net tuition fee after the HAF Jewish Bursary deduction of 40% off tuition fees)
    • New students commencing in Years 7 to 9 will be eligible to receive the scholarship until the end of Year 12

Hebrew Scholarship: Years 6 – 9

The Hebrew Scholarship is awarded to students who demonstrate exceptional proficiency in Hebrew, a strong personal connection to Israel and Israeli or Jewish community life, and a commitment to enriching the Hebrew language culture at Masada College. 

The Hebrew Scholarship is available for new students entering into Years 6 to 9 in 2027.

Terms of Scholarship & Eligibility:
    • This scholarship offers a 30% fee reduction in tuition fees for new students and is calculated on the net tuition fee after the HAF Jewish Bursary deduction of 40% off tuition fees)
    • New students commencing in Years 6 to 9 will be eligible to receive the scholarship until the end of Year 12
